Here are some tips to assist you in your transformation toward the most enlightened and radiant version of you!

  • Aim to spend 30 minutes to an hour reflecting each day. This could involve meditation, journaling or simply contemplating your thoughts feelings and desires while on a walk.

  • Practice mindfulness throughout the day. Become aware of things in your environment that trigger you or make you feel uncomfortable. These are clues to your evolution.

  • Write down your dreams. Your psyche will provide you with valuable information while you sleep.

  • Notice how you feel around others. It’s important to be aware of how other people affect you.
