What I mean is, it seems that lately I’ve been influenced by others around me, and even the meddling person in my head more than I would like. You are reminding me of a great truth, when I love myself and others it comes from no other place than my heart. It is here that no one can touch me and manipulate what I feel or believe. When I free up this space in my core I feel alive.

My intention is to think less while expanding the love and peace my heart knows in order to live the life I want.
