What do you call someone with no attachments? A FREE SPIRIT! Who doesn’t want to be a free spirit?
The most important thing to do to help yourself release people, patterns, habits and things is to make your spiritual self your primary attachment. Meditate daily and listen to your intuition… That way it’s easier to let go of the people and things that give us a false sense of security.
